Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at elviratolus@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RA number. Ship the item to the following address:

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

7. Exchanges
